The Aignep USA expander features a 5/16" male stud x 3/8" tube configuration and is part of Aignep USA's line of push-connect fittings, known for their versatility and high quality, supported by dedicated customer service. It includes a 303 stainless steel gripper that ensures a tight clamp for tubes of any material without causing damage to the tube's surface. This fitting provides a secure connection capable of withstanding severe conditions such as impact and vibrations, while the design of the safety ring and molded seal create a perfect vacuum seal. The expander is available with several thread types including SwiftFit, UNF, PTF, NPTF, BSPT, and BSPP. All straight fittings can be tightened using an Allen wrench thanks to the internal hex design, making it possible for users to work in confined spaces. Additionally, the rotating swivel elbow fittings come equipped with a safety ring that allows for rotation without compromising the tight seal.
