The Aignep USA expander features a 1/4" male stud and is designed for 5/16" tube connections. Aignep USA's push-connect fittings are known for their versatility and high quality, supported by dedicated customer service. The product includes a 303 stainless steel gripper that ensures a secure clamp for tubes of various materials without causing damage to the tube's surface. This strong connection is capable of withstanding harsh conditions, including impact and vibrations. The safety ring's design, along with a molded seal, guarantees a perfect seal, effectively creating a vacuum. The expander is available with multiple thread types, including SwiftFit, UNF, PTF, NPTF, BSPT, and BSPP. Additionally, all straight fittings incorporate an internal hex design, allowing them to be tightened with an Allen wrench, making it feasible to secure fittings in tight spaces where an open-end wrench cannot be used. The rotating swivel elbow fittings come with a safety ring that allows for rotation without compromising the tight seal.
