The Aignep USA expander features a 10mm stud and a 12mm tube, designed for high versatility and quality in push-connect fittings. It includes a 303 stainless steel gripper that ensures a tight clamp for tubes made from any material without damaging their surface. The connection between the tube and fitting is engineered to withstand severe conditions, including impact and vibrations. The safety ring's shape and the molded seal provide a perfect seal, creating a vacuum. Available thread types include SwiftFit, UNF, PTF, NPTF, BSPT, and BSPP, and all straight fittings can be tightened using an Allen wrench due to the internal hex design, allowing for operation in tight spaces. Additionally, the rotating swivel elbow fittings are designed with a safety ring that permits rotation while maintaining a secure seal.
