The design includes a safety ring and a molded seal that create a perfect vacuum seal around the tube. Available thread types include Swiftfit, UNF, PTF, NPTF, BSPT, and BSPP. All straight fittings are designed with an internal hex, allowing them to be tightened with an Allen wrench, making it possible to work in confined spaces where an open-end wrench cannot be used.
