The secure connection between the tube and the fitting is designed to withstand severe conditions, including impact and vibrations. The safety ring's shape and the molded seal create a vacuum by perfectly sealing off the tube. The fittings are available with several types of threads: SwiftFit, UNF, PTF, NPTF, BSPT, and BSPP. All straight fittings can be tightened using an Allen wrench due to the internal hex design, allowing end users to work in tight spaces unsuitable for an open-end wrench.
