The safety ring's design, combined with a molded seal, creates an effective vacuum seal. The fittings are available with various thread types, including SwiftFit, UNF, PTF, NPTF, BSPT, and BSPP. All straight fittings include an internal hex design that allows for tightening with an Allen wrench, making them easier to use in confined spaces where an open-end wrench cannot fit.
