The Aignep USA straight male metal release collet is designed for 6mm tube x 1/8" Swift-Fit applications. This product features a 303 stainless steel gripper that ensures a tight clamp for tubes of any material without causing damage to the tube's surface. It provides a secure connection capable of withstanding severe conditions such as impact and vibrations. The safety ring shape and molded seal effectively create a vacuum seal for the tube. The fitting is compatible with various thread types, including SwiftFit, UNF, PTF, NPTF, BSPT, and BSPP. Additionally, all straight fittings are designed for tightening with an Allen wrench due to the internal hex design, allowing for use in confined spaces where an open-end wrench cannot fit. The rotating swivel elbow fittings are equipped with a safety ring, enabling rotation without compromising the seal.
