The Aignep USA straight male metal release collet is designed for a 6mm tube x 1/2" Swift-Fit connection. This product features a high-quality 303 stainless steel gripper that provides a secure clamp for tubes of any material, ensuring no damage occurs to the tube's surface. It maintains a reliable connection even under severe conditions such as impact and vibrations. The design includes a safety ring and molded seal, which creates a vacuum-tight seal for the tube. The fitting is available with several thread types, including SwiftFit, UNF, PTF, NPTF, BSPT, and BSPP. An internal hex design allows all straight fittings to be tightened with an Allen wrench, facilitating use in tight spaces where an open-end wrench may not fit. Additionally, the rotating swivel elbow fittings incorporate a safety ring that allows for rotation without compromising the seal integrity.
