The secure connection between the tube and fitting is enhanced by a safety ring and a molded seal, which create a vacuum seal. The fittings are available with various thread types, including SwiftFit, UNF, PTF, NPTF, BSPT, and BSPP. All straight fittings can be tightened using an Allen wrench due to the internal hex design, allowing for use in confined spaces where an open-end wrench may not fit.
