The reversible dough sheeter features hand operation for thickness control and foot pedal operation for carpet control, with an adjustable cylinder ranging from 0 to 1.9 inches that allows for separation changes in dough thickness. It is equipped with hard chrome polished cylinders and tables that can fold upright for easy storage and movement. The powerful 1HP motor sheets dough onto rolling pins, facilitating the transport of rolled dough to the work area. Safety is enhanced with interlock switches that protect the operator from injury if the safety guard is opened, along with pivoting and removable arms. Convenient storage for rolling pins is provided in the base, and optional cutters are available for this model by contacting the factory.
