These stand up pouches are both child resistant and tamper evident, offering a unique combination of features that sets them apart in the marketplace. Once filled and heat sealed, the pouches create a higher barrier ecosystem, which protects the product's flavor profile while maximizing shelf space. Constructed from a 5 mil foil structure, these pouches are specifically designed for low oxygen, low moisture vapor, and UV resistance, ensuring longer shelf life due to their excellent barrier characteristics. The pouches are labeled with instructions for adult use and come with a limited warranty of 6 months. They are compliant with CFR Title 16, Part 1700 including Part 1700.15 & 1700.20 for poison prevention packaging and meet ASTM D3475 standards.
