These stand up pouches are designed to be both child resistant and tamper evident, offering a unique combination not commonly found in the marketplace. Once filled and heat sealed, they create a higher barrier ecosystem that protects the product's flavor profile while maximizing shelf space. Constructed from a 5 mil foil material, these pouches are specifically designed to offer low oxygen and low moisture vapor resistance, as well as UV protection, ensuring excellent barrier characteristics that contribute to a longer shelf life. Each pouch includes labeling with instructions for adult use. This product comes with a limited warranty of 6 months. The pouches comply with CFR Title 16, Part 1700, including Parts 1700.15 and 1700.20 for poison prevention packaging, and meet ASTM D3475 specifications.
