The PVC shrink bags are designed for quick and easy shrink wrapping, enhancing packaging operations with versatility suitable for low, medium, or high-speed applications. Commonly utilized by suppliers of art and frame products, CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes, these PVC film bags effectively operate with heat guns, as they require low temperatures to shrink. Ideal for use with sealers and shrink tunnels, the bags resist ambient heat during transit and storage. They feature a machine direction (MD) shrinkage of 35-35% and a transverse direction (TD) shrinkage of 45-50%. The bags come in two thickness options: 75 GA, recommended for packaging light products under 12 lbs, and 100 GA, suitable for products over 12 lbs but under 30 lbs. Key features include crystal clear packaging, protection against moisture, dust, oil, and pilfering, uniform shrinking in all directions with controlled heat, and skintight wrapping without wrinkling.
