The Prodigy Voice® talking glucose meter is fully audible from setup to testing and provides results in seven seconds. It requires no coding; simply insert the test strip into the test strip slot, and the meter powers on automatically. The raised, imprinted buttons facilitate easy navigation, and the repeat button replays the last message or test result. With a small blood sample size, this device allows for alternate site testing, and it features a memory capacity of 450 audible test results, providing averages for 7, 14, 21, 30, 60, and 90 days. A USB port is available for downloading results using the free diabetes management software.
