The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, designed for a wide range of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc-plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seals. The cylinder includes polyurethane cushion seals, a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw, and an aluminum end cap, all housed within an anodized aluminum body. Additional components comprise zinc-plated steel screws, a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
