The kit is designed as a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, suitable for various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It includes a cushioned, chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod and a zinc-plated steel jam nut, along with polyurethane rod seals and polyurethane cushion seals. The assembly features a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw and an aluminum end cap, complemented by an anodized aluminum body and zinc-plated steel screws. Additionally, the kit contains a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
