The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, suitable for a wide range of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc-plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seals. Additionally, it includes polyurethane cushion seals, a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw, and an aluminum end cap. The anodized aluminum body is complemented by zinc-plated steel screws and a sintered bronze rod bearing. The cylinder also contains polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
