The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, suitable for a variety of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod and cushion seals. The assembly includes a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, an aluminum end cap, and an anodized aluminum body, along with zinc plated steel screws and a sintered bronze rod bearing. The cylinder is equipped with polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
