The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, widely utilized in various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod and a zinc plated steel jam nut. The rod seal and cushion seals are made of polyurethane, while the cushion adjustment screw is zinc plated steel. The cylinder includes an aluminum end cap and an anodized aluminum body, complemented by zinc plated steel screws and a sintered bronze rod bearing. Additionally, the assembly incorporates polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
