The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, designed for a wide range of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, polyurethane rod seal, polyurethane cushion seals, and a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The assembly includes an aluminum end cap and an anodized aluminum body, along with zinc plated steel screws and sintered bronze rod bearings. Additionally, it is equipped with polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
