The drop-in replacement cylinders are designed for ISO 15552 standardized applications and are suitable for a wide range of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation tasks. Each cylinder features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod and cushion seals. The construction includes a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, an anodized aluminum body, and an aluminum end cap. Additionally, the cylinder is assembled with zinc plated steel screws, a sintered bronze rod bearing, and polyurethane piston seals, complemented by a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
