The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, designed for a variety of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seal, along with polyurethane cushion seals. Additional components include a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, aluminum end cap, anodized aluminum body, and zinc plated steel screws. The assembly also contains a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
