This product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, commonly utilized in various maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) as well as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) pneumatic automation applications. The cylinder features a cushioned chrome plated C40 steel piston rod and a zinc plated steel jam nut. It includes polyurethane rod seals and cushion seals, along with a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The design incorporates an aluminum end cap and an anodized aluminum body, secured with zinc plated steel screws. It also features a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
