This product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, designed for various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, polyurethane rod seal, polyurethane cushion seals, and a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The assembly includes an aluminum end cap and an anodized aluminum body, complemented by zinc plated steel screws and a sintered bronze rod bearing. Additionally, the cylinder is equipped with polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
