The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, suitable for a variety of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, zinc plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seal. Additionally, it includes polyurethane cushion seals, zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, and an aluminum end cap with an anodized aluminum body. The assembly is secured with zinc plated steel screws and incorporates a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, and a plastoferrite magnet. Furthermore, it is equipped with an aluminum piston, support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals, ensuring durability and reliability in performance.
