The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, suitable for a variety of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod along with a zinc-plated steel jam nut. The cylinder is equipped with polyurethane rod seals, polyurethane cushion seals, and a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The construction includes an anodized aluminum body and aluminum end cap, secured with zinc-plated steel screws. Additionally, it incorporates a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
