This product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, designed for a wide range of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc-plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod and cushion seals. The assembly includes a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw, an anodized aluminum body with an aluminum end cap, and zinc-plated steel screws. Additionally, it is equipped with a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, and an aluminum piston with a support magnet. The cylinder also contains NBR O-ring seals, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in various applications.
