This drop-in replacement is designed for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, suitable for a variety of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. The kit includes a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, and a polyurethane rod seal, along with polyurethane cushion seals. Additionally, it features a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, an aluminum end cap, an anodized aluminum body, zinc plated steel screws, and a sintered bronze rod bearing. The kit also contains polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
