The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 6432 standardized cylinders, designed to be double-acting and cushioned, suitable for a wide range of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a zinc-plated steel rod jam nut, a 303 stainless steel piston rod, and a polyurethane rod seal. The end cap is made from anodized aluminum, complemented by a zinc-plated mounting nut and a sintered bronze rod bearing. Sealing is ensured with NBR O-ring seals and a neoprene bumper, while the piston is crafted from brass and is fitted with a polyurethane piston seal. Additionally, the cylinder incorporates a bonded ferrite magnet and is constructed with a 304 stainless steel body.
