This product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, ideal for various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned design with a chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, zinc plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seal. Other attributes include polyurethane cushion seals, a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, and an aluminum end cap crafted from anodized aluminum. The assembly is secured with zinc plated steel screws and includes a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, and an aluminum piston along with a support magnet. It is equipped with NBR O-ring seals for enhanced durability.
