This kit is designed as a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, making it suitable for a wide range of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. Each cylinder features a cushioned design and includes a chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, polyurethane rod and cushion seals, as well as a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The construction consists of an anodized aluminum body with an aluminum end cap, reinforced with zinc plated steel screws and a sintered bronze rod bearing. Additionally, it incorporates polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals for enhanced durability and performance.
