This product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, designed for a variety of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned design, a chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, and a zinc plated steel jam nut. The cylinder is equipped with polyurethane rod seals and cushion seals, as well as a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The end cap is made from aluminum, while the body is constructed from anodized aluminum. Additional components include zinc plated steel screws, a sintered bronze rod bearing, and polyurethane piston seals. The kit also includes a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
