The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, commonly used in various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned design with a chrome plated C40 steel piston rod and a zinc plated steel jam nut. The cylinder is equipped with polyurethane rod seals and cushion seals, along with a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw. Its construction includes an aluminum end cap and anodized aluminum body, complemented by zinc plated steel screws and a sintered bronze rod bearing. Additionally, it has polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, and an aluminum piston, as well as a support magnet and NBR O-ring seals.
