The kit is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, designed for various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It includes a cushioned, chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod, zinc-plated steel jam nut, polyurethane rod seal, polyurethane cushion seals, and a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The assembly features an aluminum end cap, anodized aluminum body, zinc-plated steel screws, and a sintered bronze rod bearing, along with polyurethane piston seals and a Plastoferrite magnet. Additionally, it is equipped with an aluminum piston and a support magnet, as well as NBR O-ring seals, ensuring durability and efficiency in operation.
