The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, utilized in various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, polyurethane rod seals, polyurethane cushion seals, and a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The cylinder includes an aluminum end cap, anodized aluminum body, zinc plated steel screws, sintered bronze rod bearing, and polyurethane piston seals. Enhanced functionality is provided by a Plastoferrite magnet and an aluminum piston with a support magnet. NBR O-ring seals are also part of the construction, ensuring durability and reliability.
