The kit includes a drop-in replacement for ISO 6432 standardized cylinders designed for single-acting spring return functionality. These cylinders are suitable for a wide range of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. Key features consist of a zinc-plated steel rod jam nut, a 303 stainless steel piston rod, and a polyurethane rod seal. The end cap is made of anodized aluminum, with a zinc-plated mounting nut and a sintered bronze rod bearing. NBR O-ring seals and a neoprene bumper are included, along with a brass piston and a polyurethane piston seal for enhanced performance. Additionally, the unit features a bonded ferrite magnet and a 304 stainless steel body for durability.
