The drop-in replacement cylinders comply with ISO 15552 standards and are suitable for various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. These cylinders feature a cushioned design, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, and a zinc plated steel jam nut. Other components include polyurethane rod seals, polyurethane cushion seals, a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, an aluminum end cap, and an anodized aluminum body. The assembly uses zinc plated steel screws, a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, and a Plastoferrite magnet, alongside an aluminum piston and a support magnet, with NBR O-ring seals ensuring a tight fit.
