This drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders is suitable for a wide range of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) pneumatic automation applications. The cylinder features a cushioned design with a chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod seals. It also includes polyurethane cushion seals, a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, and an aluminum end cap. The anodized aluminum body is complemented by zinc plated steel screws and a sintered bronze rod bearing. Additionally, polyurethane piston seals and a Plastoferrite magnet are incorporated, along with an aluminum piston and a support magnet. NBR O-ring seals further enhance the reliability and performance of this cylinder.
