This product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, commonly utilized in a wide range of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned design with a chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, zinc plated steel jam nut, and a polyurethane rod seal along with polyurethane cushion seals. The construction includes a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, aluminum end cap, and an anodized aluminum body, supported by zinc plated steel screws. Additionally, the cylinder incorporates a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, Plastoferrite magnet, aluminum piston, support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
