The product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, designed for a wide range of MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, a zinc plated steel jam nut, and polyurethane rod and cushion seals. The assembly includes a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, aluminum end cap, anodized aluminum body, and zinc plated steel screws. It is equipped with a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, and an aluminum piston with a support magnet. Additionally, NBR O-ring seals are incorporated into the design for enhanced durability and performance.
