This product serves as a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, making it suitable for a variety of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) pneumatic automation applications. The cylinder features a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod, along with a zinc plated steel jam nut and polyurethane rod seal. Additionally, it includes polyurethane cushion seals, a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw, and an aluminum end cap. The construction features an anodized aluminum body, zinc plated steel screws, a sintered bronze rod bearing, and polyurethane piston seals. The cylinder is equipped with a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
