These cylinders are suitable for various maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) pneumatic automation applications. Key features encompass a zinc-plated steel rod jam nut, a 303 stainless steel piston rod, and a polyurethane rod seal. The end cap is anodized aluminum, accompanied by a zinc-plated mounting nut, while the rod bearing is made of sintered bronze. NBR O-ring seals and a neoprene bumper provide additional durability, alongside a brass piston and polyurethane piston seal. The unit is completed with a bonded ferrite magnet and a robust 304 stainless steel body, ensuring compliance with high-quality standards in its design and functionality.
