This drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders is designed for various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. The kit includes a cushioned, chrome plated C40 steel piston rod and a zinc plated steel jam nut. It features polyurethane rod seals, polyurethane cushion seals, and a zinc plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The cylinder is constructed with an aluminum end cap and an anodized aluminum body, along with zinc plated steel screws. Additionally, it contains a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a Plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, and a support magnet, as well as NBR O-ring seals.
