This product is a drop-in replacement for ISO 15552 standardized cylinders, suitable for various MRO and OEM pneumatic automation applications. It features a cushioned, chrome-plated C40 steel piston rod and a zinc-plated steel jam nut. The cylinder includes polyurethane rod seal and cushion seals, along with a zinc-plated steel cushion adjustment screw. The end cap is made of aluminum, and the body is constructed from anodized aluminum. Additional components include zinc-plated steel screws, a sintered bronze rod bearing, polyurethane piston seals, a plastoferrite magnet, an aluminum piston, a support magnet, and NBR O-ring seals.
