The filters are positioned to allow extra headspace when pipetting maximum volume, and the molded volume reference markings provide a quick double-check opportunity. Each rack contains 96 tips, with a case quantity of 960. The pipette tip racks are designed with hinged lids for easy one-handed opening, enhanced by a stacking feature for added stability and a secure locking tab. Additionally, interior support ribs help prevent rack warping.
