The Glacier™ Single Faced Library Shelving 42"H Base Unit is designed for efficient storage of books, magazines, and novels, making it ideal for placement against walls. This 42"H unit comes with three shelves, including one fixed and two height-adjustable shelves that can be repositioned in 1-1/4" increments. The unit features thermally fused melamine laminate surfaces that are water, scratch, stain, and burn resistant, ensuring long-lasting durability. Constructed from solid-core, industrial-grade particleboard, it provides superior strength and resists warping. The shelving also includes attractive 3mm edging for wear and impact resistance, and each shelf has an integral backstop to keep items secure. Additionally, metal shelf supports enhance the overall strength and stability of the unit. The structural integrity is reinforced with a 16-gauge steel frame, and the unit is finished with a powder coat for added durability.
