Each safe features all-steel construction for commercial-grade durability, a digital combination lock for secure access with the capability to change the code frequently, and the capacity to hold 216 DLT or 225 LTO tapes. These safes are fire rated class 125 for 2 hours, tested at temperatures up to 1850 degrees Fahrenheit, and explosion tested at 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. They are impact rated and can withstand a drop from 30 feet onto concrete, thereby simulating severe conditions during a fire. Additionally, the water-resistant double-door construction with internal seals protects against water damage from fire hoses and sprinklers. Security is enhanced by steel bolts, ensuring that all bolt work fastens into steel, while also providing protection against theft, dust, and humidity.
