The Glowear® 8231TVK Hi-Vis Tool Tethering Safety Vest Kit - Type R Class 2 is dual certified, providing versatile tethering and storage options for working at heights. This vest is ANSI/ISEA 121 and ANSI/ISEA 107 certified for dropped object prevention and hi-visibility compliance. It features over 20 tethering points, all ANSI 121-certified to support loads up to 2 lbs with a maximum tether length of 4 feet, and is designed to be worn over fall harnesses. The back and side D-ring enables the vest to be worn over fall protection systems for enhanced visibility, easy access to tethers, and increased material longevity. Low-light visibility compliance is met with ANSI 107 Type R Class 2 standards. The vest includes two tool pockets for strategic and easily-accessible tool storage while tethered, and has lanyard integration with two chest pockets designed for Squids 3000, 3001, 3010, or 3011 retractable tool lanyards. The kit includes the Glowear 8231TV hi-vis tool tethering safety vest, a Squids 3156 coil lanyard with a single carabiner for tethering a hard hat or small tools (2 lbs // 0.9 kg), a Squids 3166 coil lanyard with dual carabiners for tethering small tools (2 lbs // 0.9 kg), and a Squids 3003 retractable tool lanyard for tethering small tools (2 lbs // 0.9 kg) that fits in a "retractable" pocket with the carabiner hanging through the cutout, allowing the casing to remain hidden.
