The Makita® 7-1/4 in. 24T carbide-tipped Max Efficiency ultra-thin kerf framing saw blade is designed for framers utilizing cordless circular saws for various wood cutting applications. It features an ultra-thin kerf design measuring only 0.057 in., which helps to reduce the load on the tool during cutting, while the specially engineered blade teeth minimize cutting resistance and facilitate smoother material removal. This blade offers increased cutting efficiency, achieving up to 70% faster cutting and up to 70% more cuts per charge compared to standard blades. Constructed with high-grade tungsten carbide tips for enhanced durability and extended blade life, the blade incorporates special ATAFR (alternate top alternate face with raker) carbide tips that provide smoother and cleaner cuts. Additionally, an anti-pitch coating is applied to reduce pitch build-up, further enhancing performance.
