The Victorinox 10.5 carving fork features 4" tines and a black polypropylene handle, model number 40737. Designed for the holding and maneuvering of bulky foods, this carving fork allows cooks to handle food items safely without removing them from the cooking area, thanks to its length which helps maintain a safe distance that prevents hand burns. The fork's two spear prongs are ideal for quickly moving and rotating meats in a hot oven during broiling, while its slender and long prongs enable gentle puncturing of meat for even slicing during the carving process. Additionally, the fork serves as a pot fork, facilitating the movement and rotation of bulky foods in hot pots, with prongs that are narrower than those of the cook fork. The non-hydroscopic, safe-grip molded polypropylene handle ensures safety up to 100°C / 212°F.
